Our technician was Steve and he was friendly, knowledgeable and  very professional! Our garage door was functioning in no time and the service was reasonably priced.    Was having problems with my garage door needed assistance immediately called up The Door Master. They sent a technician over and he arrived within the time given. Ashur went above and beyond fixing my garage, was very efficient and thorough. He was diligent in answering all my questions and explaining things to me as he was working.    The customer services from the time you place the call , the follow up, the service man call to ensure time is right to visit and finally the service man (Tim ) explains the options to repair the broken spring , actual repairs all through is excellent!!    I had both my garage doors repaired and was amazed by the professionalism, the price price point and the service quality I received. Asher was on time, got the job done, and within the quoted price point. He actually serviced the doors after the job was done so they last longer! Extremely knowledgeable  and extremely nice to deal with! Apparently they also provide new doors and when the time comes I won’t be shopping around - will just call Asher!!
